Join us for an immersive 12-week ( 6 bi-weekly sessions) workshop designed to restore balance, enhance vitality, and nurture your overall well-being. Rooted in the timeless wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this weekly series combines the gentle, flowing movements of Qi Gong, mindful movement practices, and acupressure self-massage techniques. Each session will guide you through exercises to harmonize your energy, reduce stress, and cultivate inner peace. Especially suitable if you are completely new, this workshop offers a welcoming space to explore these transformative practices and integrate them into your daily life. What You’ll Need

  • A quiet space (about the size of a yoga mat)

  • Comfortable clothes - loose

  • A chair nearby ( in case needed)

  • An internet connection and Zoom access

  • Keep your camera on ( preferred ) and sound off during the session. If you cannot attend live no worries!! You will have access to the recording to follow for 7 days.

This workshop primarily focuses on Women’s health oriented balancing of the body and meridians.

Recording is provided for 7 days after the workshop.
